“The overall experience was good and our tour guide Ali was very good, however we did not get the cable car experience that was offered on their website. My children were disappointed not to have experienced the cable car. I did contact the company to inform them that they falsely advertised a cable car experience and there was no apology nor an offer of a partial refund. Please check before booking to avoid disappointment especially if you are booking as a family with children.”

“The website was very deceiving, two things said to be included were not included in the cost. (We were not the only ones to have this issue). We also had 30 minutes to see the cave, but there was no time to even buy a ticket. The buses need to be better equipped as they were old/smelly and run down. The only positive was the friendly tour guide.”

“Jeep picked is up and we then started our trip. had a strange stop at a shop for 10 minutes and then carried on. Went to Cleopatra beach. Nicer than the beaches near our hotel but was quite cold so no swimming for us. Definitely take swimming kit on a hot day. Great fresh orange juice from a vender. We decided not to go in the caves because we've seen so many. Next was the cable car ride. Great views and the Castle wonderful. There was not enough time to take in the whole place. We had about an hour in total - including the cable ride up and down.…”
