Our guide Apo is a wonderful young guy, who took us through the history of Pamukkale, explained how best to organize the 3 hours we spent in Pamukkale and to have enough time for everything. “The hot air balloon was great, the crew was professional and knew what they were doing. As for the breakfast it was below average unfortunately. For the sightseeing part, the guide will ask you if you'd like to go in which is 30€ er person. If you choose not to go, there won't be anything else to do. When we visited, our guide gave us a quick explanation for about 30min which is sufficient for some but might be too short for others. We then had 3 hours to visit on our own the theater, cleaopatra's pool (swimming in the pool is not included either and it is for 200…”

“Firstly this trip was advertised as a balloon flight and Pamukkale. As soon as we were on the coach we had to pay a further 700 lira each to enter Pamakkale. This was a bit of a supprize as it was not explained clearly on the viator discription. It shows as optional, I did happen to have the cash on me but not everyone did. I would say that the optional discription is not accurate, you would have to go in, or sit in the coach park for 3 hours. It may be best to include this fee in the actual cost of the trip in future, and will avoid…”

“Lot balonem specjalnie mnie nie zachwycił. Ruin Hierapolis nie zwiedzałem, wyglądają podobnie jak Izraelu czy Grecji. Problematyczny jest transfer, przy zakupie wycieczki adres odbioru zz hotelu nie stanowił problemu ale po zapłacie i zbliżający się terminie odbioru z hotelu pojawiły się problemy. Problemy są również z wymuszaniem przesyłania zdjęć dowodów i paszportów pod pretekstem dokonania ubezpieczenia na lot balonem i szantażowali niedopuszczeniem do lotu podczas gdy przy zamawianiu wycieczki oczekiwali tylko podstawowych danych osobowych i numeru dowodu.
