We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.”

We were late to be picked up as the car went to a different hotel, but when we got to the spa we still got the full experience When we got there they recommended a 60 or 90 minute massage rather than the 30, but weren’t pushy when we declined. Would highly recommend and would go back if I was in the area again”
