The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.”

I did ask for a longer massage than 20 mins but was told no. Very small steam and sauna area. Left wondering what we were doing as communication was very poor as no one spoke English. Was taken into the bathing area where we stayed for 30/40 mins we wet ourselves with jugs of water and laid on the hot marble stone huge bed.
