“The guide took us to a different location than what was in the tour description as he said it was too busy there. One of the guides onboard also smoked cigarettes throughout the tour which was disappointing. This was more of a taxi on water than it was an actual tour/excursion. They only had a snorkel mask for one of us. Lunch was good so I'll give them credit for that. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this tour.”

The pick up arrangement, the tour operator needs to be more flexible. In our case the hotel where we stayed was not in the search location list so we pinned the nearest hotel to us and asked them after if we can be picked up from our actual hotel which they denied. The distance between the 2 was literally 3 minutes 2. The music on the boat is very loud and unsuitable to a boat trip. Perhaps ambient music on a low volume would be…”
