He was driving recklessly on the highway (around 150km) swerving through traffic, tailgating, and making many passengers feel unsafe. When we tried to raise our concerns, there was a language barrier and he didn’t understand us. We eventually had to call the tour provider, who then called him & asked him to slow down and thankfully after that he drove much more carefully.”
